I love going into Hesselsons. Everyone is so helpful and kind. When issues arise with your spa, they are always very patient and kind explaining the procedure you should take. . Just wish it wasn't so far from my house then I would visit more frequently. If you are in the market to purchase a new spa, I won't hesitate to purchase it there. We had a great experience and they took there time explaining things and there was no pressure to make a decision. Great customer service. 😀

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone at Hesselson’s is completely invested in making sure they deliver a great customer experience. Our sales representative Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. The entire process from purchasing to soaking in our first hot tub was seamless. They even helped us find phenomenal contractors to poor a new concrete pad and a great electrician. Highly recommend!

Visited other competitive locations, was pleasantly surprised with variety and quality of hot tubs available. Sean was very helpful in explaining differences of each hot tub and directing us to the one best suited to our needs and price range. Very Very satisfied. Delivery people were very helpful and very careful. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub!!

Buying our 1st hot tub came with some hurdles but Sean was great in helping us navigate all of the challenges we had! We did zero planning ahead and needed to have an area ready for the hot tub when it arrived and we needed all of the electrical done. Not knowing where to start Sean gave us some names and we got to work. Delivery happened effortlessly and set up has been smooth with the great directions they gave with delivery.

I am so glad we decided to purchase our hot tub from Hesselson’s. Not only is the quality of the hot tub amazing, but the quality of the Hesselson staff from sales to the delivery to the technicians were all top notch. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and always available to help us with any question no matter how big or small from the initial purchase to the final set up. Excellent price and service for our hot tub purchase. They were very helpful providing all the information to get it hooked up and running. Communication was great as they reached out several times to see if I had any questions.

First-time I've been there since it's existence. I'm glad I did. Despite only getting a gift card, they're selection of thermals and gloves are better than expected and a knowledgeable staff that are eager to help. Will frequent there more often
